Our Kushin house was fully renovated in 2021. We are, now, happy to offer you 3 spacius, warm and cozy rooms. ROOM nr.1 is at the groundfloor (two steps at the entry). This room is a bit smaller than the others with refine and detailed design. Bed size is 180 x 200 cm-KKing size bed. Because it's missing a nice view, we rent this room for a bit affordable price comparing the other 2. ROOM nr.2 is located on the 1st floor. It's spacious with lots of windows. West oriented to the parking place where you can can keep an eye on your car (if not parked in front of our residance), and south windows looking at the park and sea harbour. This room has a bed 200cmx 200 cm / Superking bed, with a designer bench at the bottom of it, a shower, toillet and sink with toilletries. ROOM nr. 3 Is at the 2nd floor. It is our biggest room with huge open shower. In case you're travelling with -just a friend-, or wish more privacy, do let us know, as we'll set a shower curtain for your stay. This room has exposed beans, double sink with large toillet area. If you choose to stay with us, it won't take you long to find out why small street we're in was pronounced the most desirable house location in Split. Only a 4 minute walk away from the main, sandy beach Bacvice, the Old town and Riva. It’s only a 3-minute walk away from the bus and train station and the ferry port. Don’t be mistaken by this epicenter of happenings because your sleep won’t be disturbed. It is a private house in a dead-end street, sound and safe. (Not beachfront). If you are coming with a car there is a paid parking place 50 mtrs away (54 yards), our street is a free parking zone if you're lucky to find a spot, or if you contact us prior your arrivel, we might save you a spot (if possible). If coming with a plane, there is a shuffle bus (35mins drive, cca 8 eur, stops 7 mins walk from house) or contact us for taxi arrangemant 30-40 eur. Don't hesitate to contact us for any questions! Hi! We are Ursic family, and this is our small, family business. We all participate in jobs like welcoming guests, cleaning and helping our guests have a memorable stay in Split and our rooms!

Our property is located in a small street. It is very quiet yet not secluded. There is public parking and one private parking space. A shop/supermarket is near(50m). There is also a cafe and bistro 50 mts down the street where you can have breakfast and start the day. There is a public open gym and a children's park.
