The newly renovated holiday apartment (4*), offers lots of light and sunshine, and stunning views of Kvarner bay, Adriatic sea and the island of Krk. Living room doors open to the big balcony where you can sun lounge, eat breakfast, watch sunset or starry sky and enjoy moonlight shining and reflecting in the sea. The apartment has an advantageous position, as it is located close to Podvorska beach and Montys' Dog Beach. Suited for couples, friends, family with children. Playground located directly outside the building as well as surrounding gardens, just perfect for a stroll or to read a book on a bench in the shade of trees. Decorated in Mediterranean style and is located 300m from the sea, in the small coastal town called Crikvenica (Kvarner, Primorje County). The apartment is positioned on the second floor (out of three), has a secured entrance and free public street parking. Private parking place is also available upon request (to be paid for). The apartment (4*) is 70m2 in size and provides accommodation for up to five persons and is pet friendly (supplement charge for pets applies, to be paid upon arrival - 20 EUR/day (subject to prior request). The apartment offers a balcony\w sea view & lounge area, free air-conditioning, free unlimited Wi-Fi, two sizeable bedrooms

Blue View Apartment (4*) is positioned in a quiet residential area. Children's playground is available directly outside the building. Two grocery shops are located directly opposite the building. For bigger shopping Spar supermarket is located 5min away on foot. The nearest airport is Rijeka Airport, 11.5 km away from Blue View Apartment (4*) and reachable by taxi, bus and car. Other airports nearby are Pula Airport (PUY), Trieste Airport (TRS), Ljubljana Airport (LJU) and Franjo Tuđman Airport Zagreb (ZAG). Due to apartment's advantageous location, guests can enjoy daily strolls by the seaside, going either in the direction of Crikvenica or Selce, as both places are easily accessible. Crikvenica city center is reachable by car (3 minutes) or by leisurely walking either by the seaside (15 minutes) or using the pedestrian pavement on the main road (10 minutes). Same distances apply if the guests wish to visit Selce. For longer excursions by car (for example to visit Plitvice National Park or Istrian peninsula), guests can effortlessly access the main highway E65 to travel to their destination.
