Located in the historic center of a former fisher village, this modern and spacious property offers a green oasis in the midst of small stone houses and charming alleys. Its a 5-10 minute stroll away from the most beautiful pebble stone beach of the village, offering peace and a safe environment for families with children, when spending the day out on the beach. All important amenities like grocery shopping, a bus station and the local cafe are in walking distance. The house itself offers two separate ground-floor apartments, with their own divided outdoor-areas, as well as parking spots. Its a peaceful house, due to its location with very little to no traffic.
Your host will be the owners of the property Suzana and Marin, supported by their rental management team. They built this house on their family grounds and welcome guests there from 2021. A clean and tidy environment for the guest is their top priority, so you can expect a beautifully maintained building and very warm and welcoming hosts.
Located just few meters off the main village square, you will be close to all amenities needed for a perfect holiday. The local cafe is just steps away, a supermarket is a 5 minute stroll away and the enchanting pebble stone beach "Garma" in Slatine, preferred by locals, is 5-10 minutes of easy walking away. The island is connected to the mainland via bridge, but on top of that there is a ferry running to the city center of UNESCO world heritage cities Split and Trogir. The pier is 10-15 minutes away from the property. The ferry ride takes 25 minutes in each direction, bringing you to the heart of Split or Trogir, both charming destinations for a day-trip.
