House is situated 10 km west of Bol. The first houses are at a distance of 200 meters. Access to the house is possible by foot or by sea. The 20 km road is from Supetar through Vidova gora. The last few hundred meters are macadame. The parking is in front of the house ( macadame road) . The road to Bol is half macadame. The house is surrounded by pine trees, so that the dining table is always in the shade. At a few steps is a plateau for sunbathing and a large pebble beach. It is equipped with a kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator on solar energy. On the terrace is a solar shower. Water in the house is not a drinking water and solar electricity is NOT for devices that consume a lot of energy. This is really basic self-sustaining house with no luxary, except beautiful nature, sea and not crowded beaches on few steps from the house. The shopping is 10 and 15 km ( 2 directions) of distance, as well as garbage container. The house doesn't have separate bedroom, it's a studio-apartment - for 2 adults and one or two children.
Hello, I live in Zagreb and this is our holiday house that my parents built when I was born. I adore it because it is very relaxing, quiet and just a few steps from the sea. In Zagreb I meet a lot of people during year, so this place is my ideal way of getting out...Only accidental people passing by... Selma
the house is situated 10 km from the most beautiful croatian beach Zlatni rat with all summer activeties like surfing, kiteing, diveing,...and 5 km from eco village Murvica with Dragon cave, and about 50 minutes walking from beautiful monastery Pustinja Blaca. Vidova gora is the highest mountain of all the croatian islands with awsome view to other islands (Hvar, Vis,..) Near the house (1 km) is terassa Ciccio - great fish and meat domestique restaurant with beach only few meters below.
