The impeccable Zillion Villa boasts 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds. 2 more guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed located in the living room area and one adult (or 2 children) in the sofa bed of the lower’s floor bedroom. Bespoke designed External Living spaces include : -BBQ facilities (gas Broil & King/ gas stove) - 85m2 Heated Swimming pool & outdoor heated 4 seater Whirlpool (heated upon request & with extra fee) - 7m2Special Children’s pool compartment -Shaded Dining area -Lounging & sitting areas -Two outdoor Fire pits -Wonderful Sea Views -Ping Pong table -Playground - 800m2 Outdoor Area Outdoor Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool & Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool & Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 4 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 70euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool & Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. *The Villa is available during the winter months also and the pool will be open & clean - however there will be no possibility to heat the pool/ whirlpool then. During the winter period, the air-condition units also serve heating purposes and there is also a fireplace available for your utmost convenience. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. Neighbourhood information

Zillion Villa is located in Panormo, a friendly sea side village, and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
