The location is excellent! Close to the beach, aprox 7 min walking. And close to the city center, aprox 10 min. walking. And a big advantage is that it is in a quiet area. Very clean the room, also the pool. Cleaning every day. Each day, the towels change and refill with coffee. Great breakfast!

The room was spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day. Cooling the room was easy with the air conditioning. There were plenty of parking spaces. We were offered a late checkout which helped us a lot. We received suggestions about the restaurants and the places we could visit around the island. The location is near a couple of restaurants and shops. It was a great stay overall and we had nothing to worry about the accommodation.

Besides other things that other guests said already about this property and that are very true, I want to thank Dennis once more, who was there to meet our needs, tried and succeeded in doing everything to make us feel excellent. He was there for us and helped us more than we could think. I strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have the best stay in Laganas. What we liked the most: the swimming pool (it is cleaned every day), the location of the property (close to the beach, to restaurants, to a good variety of stores, but on a street that is a bit quieter than the main street), the cleanliness of the entire property, the very reach breakfast, the hospitality of the team. The property has a free and guarded parking place. The atmosphere here is very warm and intimate: you can spend time with Dennis and other guests to a beer or a glass of wine, discussing your stay on the island or other subjects as well. We loved our stay at this property and we will come back.

Would not want to stay anywhere else when in Zakynthos. Owner has strict RULES to have a quiet place away from everyone who wants to party. Even though it is close to Laganas Road, you won’t hear any noise. The staff is super polite and helps you with everything you need. Dennis arranged the Car Rental company to pick and drop off the car at the place including full insurance. He also gives recommendations for places to go and things to avoid. Breakfast was fresh and everything one can ask for, served by the lovely staff to get a good start into the day.

This was probably one of the nicest holidays we ever had. We felt really relaxed thanks to Dennis, the host, whom will help you with pretty much everything, from renting a car, restaurant recommendations, to local attractions and many more. I've read the good reviews before, but reality was beyond expectations. Everything is very clean and well organised. The location is perfect, not too close the main street as Laganas can get noisy at night, but also not too far from the beach. Breakfast was also very delicious and the coffee was great :).
