Amazing view from the villa, very spacious and stylish rooms with all you need during vacation. Villa was regularly clean and maintain during the stay. Only few minutes walk from Kassiopi town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Nearby beach was small but clean and empty, perfect for people who prefer relax and tranquility on vacation.

Villa Spiros is located in the quiet area of Imerolia in Kassiopi 35 km from Corfu Town. Our spacious holiday villa of 170sq.m, has a private heated (on request with extra charge) pool, balconies with amazing views to the sea and the Albanian coastline and is the perfect destination for your holidays in Corfu and especially in Kassiopi. Villa Spiros in Imerolia can sleep up to 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, two shower baths and two WCs with the possibility of showers. On the ground floor of Villa Spiros there is a spacious private guest room which features two single beds and a private bathroom. An exterior staircase leads to the first floor and the pool area. Entering the house there is an open plan living room and dining area. A little further is the kitchen which is fully equipped with all the necessities’. The large glazing doors of the living room have access to balconies with stunning views to the sea. On this floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe and balcony with view to the pool and the sea. A small WC is next to the interior stairs which lead to the second floor.

The second floor of the villa consists of two bedrooms, a small private living room with stunning views and a really spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi bath tub, extra shower with enclosed cabinet and washing machine. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and en-suite WC and the other bedroom has two single beds. On the outdoor terrace there is a private pool with sun loungers and parasols and a lovely seating area. A few steps away there is a Barbeque area with a large dining table where guests can gather all together and enjoy food and drinks. Villa Spiros with private heated (on request with extra charge ) pool is an ideal accommodation for families and groups who want to spend relaxing holidays in tranquility and also reach within 8 minutes’ walk of the cosmopolitan Kassiopi. The beach of Imerolia is 200m far.*Kitchen equipment: fridge, microwave, kettle, ceramic hob, toastier, dishes and utensils, dish washer, filter coffee machine and Nespresso. *** Pump heating for the pool April to June and September to October (on request with extra charge) Pool dimensions: Width and Length: 5m*7.5m Depth: 0,90m -1,80m Heated Pool (on request with extra charge) Kids should always be under observation in all areas of the property.
