Villa Recluso is a newly build luxurious 120 sq.m. property nestled within a vast 1.500 sq. m. estate, near the village of Malaxa. Surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the White Mountains and a lush traditional vineyard that produces exquisite Greek organic wine from a variety of grapes, this private villa offers a peaceful and unforgettable vacation experience. The outdoor space of Villa Recluso includes a meticulously landscaped garden at the back, complete with two expansive terraces and a large barbecue area. This separate area boasts a traditional wood oven with its own ventilation system and a sizeable grill, ideal for hosting family and friends for laid-back summer evenings with great food and even better company. The interior areas of the villa are equally impressive and thoughtfully designed across two main floors. Behind the main entrance door, the visitors will find a unified area consisting of a spacious living room with a modern fireplace, a stylish dining table and a fully functional kitchen equipped with high quality electrical appliances. The master bedroom can be found at the end of this area, featuring a king-size double bed conveniently located next to the main full bathroom. Take the modern wooden staircase upstairs to discover two attic bedrooms, set up with a double and a single bed respectively and their own capacious closets, both having a breathtaking view of the vineyard. One of the bedrooms comes with an en-suite bathroom and a modern sofa which can be transformed into a comfortable single sized bed. All the bedrooms and the living room are equipped with state-of-the-art air-conditioning systems and televisions providing ultimate comfort and convenience.
