The property is set over 2 floors the ground floor offering open plan lounge/kitchen and a bedroom with 2 single beds along with bathroom. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and the other with a sofa bed to create a multiple usage space as well as a shared bathroom for this floor. There are 2 balconies upstairs over looking sea and mountain. Outside offers extensive garden area with seating areas on terraces and into the garden itself making the most of the views on offer.

Our names are Alex and Christine and we are lucky to own Villa Margaux and call it our home. We have 2 grown sons and now enjoy spending time tending to our garden,relaxing and travelling around in our camper home to explore other countries. We moved to the Island in 2019 and haven't looked back since. We have opened our home for summer rental so everyone else can experience the beauty of this amazing island. Villa Margaux sits just on the edge of Karavados village with St Thomas beach be reachable by car in under 5 mins and the airport and Argostoli are around a 15 mins drive. A choice of restaurants, bars, shop are easily reachable via car in less than 5 mins from the property. The property boast sea and mountain views and is set on its own enclosed large plot. Balconies and terraces make the most of these gorgeous views on offer. We are within a 2 mins drive to the main poros Argostoli road which offers you easy access for island exploring which is a must.
