Η Villa Livas βρίσκεται στο πανέμορφο ορεινό χωριό του Κάβαλου, στον δήμο Σφακιωτών. Στην άκρη του χωριού με φανταστική θέα στο δάσος και την πόλη της Λευκάδας. Το καταλληλότερο μέρος για διακοπές και χειμώνα αλλά και καλοκαίρι. Το καλοκαίρι, το πέτρινο κτίσμα που φιλοξενεί το κατάλυμα διατηρείται δροσερό. Η παραδοσιακή Villa Livas δαιτηρεί κάθε κλασσικό γνώρισμα παλιού Λευκαδίτικου σπιτιού.
Ο Κάβαλος βρίσκεται στους Σφακιώτες και είναι δημοτικό διαμέρισμα του Δήμου Σφακιωτών. Χωριό με παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική και δεσπόζουσα θέση στην περιοχή μιας και βρίσκεται στο πιο ψηλό σημείο, έχοντας έτσι υπέροχη θέα στο Ιόνιο, Ο Κάβαλος είναι ιδανικός προορισμός για μια απογευματινή βόλτα. Στο χωριό τις Κυριακές το καφενείο του Λίβα μεταμορφώνεται στο καλύτερο μέρος να φας. Κλασσικά και σωστά. Τηγανητή πατάτα στο χέρι κομμένη, σαλάτα απο τον κήπο τους και τυρί αριστούργημα, γιδίσιο. Τα υπόλοιπα στην σούβλα. Κοκορέτσι, κοντοσούβλι, προβατίνα, φρυγαδέλι και σπληνάντερο, απο τα χεράκια της Δήμητρας. Τα καλύτερα του νησιού, με διαφορά. Απο το πρωί μέχρι τις πρώτες μεσημεριανές ώρες.
