Villa Flabelina is located 2.4 km from the beach of Adelianos Kampos and 8 km from the beautiful city of Rethymno. It features an outdoor pool of 15 sqm size with sun beds and a hot tub. Moreover there is a stone built barbecue outside where you can cook and taste Cretan delicacies. The villa stands out for its aesthetics, its exact decoration and the spacious spaces. It can accommodate with comfort up to 7 guests in its 180 sqm of interior space. There is a seating area with cozy furniture. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, as well as a CD player available in the living area. House offers free internet Wifi and air conditioning. The a kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and an oven. On the ground floor there is a lounge-dining room, the kitchen, a marble staircase and bathroom and veranda. At first level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The single bed bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom with a Jacuzzi, a veranda and 2 balconies with awesome village and green views. On the lower ground floor there is one twin bedroom, a bathroom and a gym. The courtyard is 250 sqm with parking.

In the area of Adelianos Kampos there is a huge variety of shops, nightclubs and parks. I you want more you can visit the city of Rethymno only a few km away, it is known for its old town and its old Venetian built port, a place where you can enjoy countless walks and a vivid night life.
