On the south side of Rethymno, in an idyllic location with a panoramic view of the Libyan sea, there is an extremely high standard property, with absolute privacy, VILLA 7SEAS. Its unique architectural aesthetics, the quality of construction materials, the careful decoration and the luxurious equipment meet the expectations of your vacation in the best way. With a total area of 270 m², it comfortably accommodates up to eight people in four bedrooms, has a large 50 m² swimming pool and is only 600 m from the famous beach of southern Crete, Schinaria. Relax, discover, feel and dream in a house - jewel, with one of the most impressive views of the island. INTERIOR VILLA 7SEAS is an extremely high standard two-storey residence, of unique aesthetics, fully in harmony with the environment, completed in 2023 and is an ideal choice for families and small groups of friends or couples up to eight people. Clean lines, natural colors, wood and stone dominate everywhere and create feelings of relaxation and tranquility. On the ground floor, the visitor will find two bedrooms, with two double beds, measuring 1.60 X 2, a 43-inch Smart TV and a bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor there is still the living room with comfortable sofas and a 65 inch smart TV, as well as the ultra-modern kitchen, equipped with all the latest electrical appliances, a large work bench can comfortably accommodate the meals of our guests. All areas of the house have direct access to the pool area and a unique view of the Libyan sea. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a double bed measuring 1.60X2, a 43-inch smart T.V. and a bathroom with a shower. A large terrace equipped with deckchairs, lounge and outdoor dining area, invites you to relax and enjoy your drink or food, in the company of one of the most impressive sunsets of the island. In the basement of the house there is the last bedroom of the house, with two single beds 0.90 X 2 and a bathroom with a shower.
