Enjoy your holidays by the sea along with the opportunity to explore Athens by choosing your stay at the recently renovated Valeria’s Sea View Apartment. It is located in Voula, now considered one of the most elegant, most modern, and safest seaside suburbs of Athens. It is the best starting point for the exploration of Athens.  It is 20 minutes from Athens International Airport and also 20 minutes from the center of the city and all the well-known museums and archaeological sites of the Municipality of Athens. The apartment is a luxurious suite of 55 sqm on the fourth floor, having an amazing view of Saronic golf, ideal to satisfy your needs either for holidays, sightseeing, or work. It is only 2 minutes away from an exquisite beach where you can enjoy swimming and 5 minutes' driving distance from the most luxurious beach in Attica territory "Asteras Vouliagmeni". Tram terminal station is 1 minute from the apartment and you can easily reach the center of Athens. You will have your own keys for entering the building and for the door of the house. You can use whatever is inside the house with care and respect.
