TheHotelgr was founded on 2004 as a small software company, that very soon realized the need to promote Crete in the world and "to connect" the guests of Crete with the locals under all types of services (accommodation, experiences, taste of real Crete). The best way to make that true was through a travel agency and that is how TheHotelgr Travel Agency was created by Emmanuel Solidakis with the help of his brother, Yannis Solidakis. Our team has 15 years of experience in incoming tourism in Villas, luxury Apartments and hotels in Crete. We are specialized in offering concierge, personalized services to all our guests. We help our guests have lovely memories during their holidays and live some of the best experiences of Crete. We wish you come back and stay in the same or another property of our handpicked portfolio again after a few years. During the last years we manage exclusively a few Villas and Apartments, and we help our guests to enjoy really special holidays as well as the owners to offer top hospitality and get a good income. TheHotelgr is registered in the Greek National Tourism Organisation (EOT) and our office is located in 41-43 Skalidi street in Chania town.

A traditional 1-bedroom villa with an open plan living room (with fireplace) and a fully-equipped kitchen is provided. Satellite TV, Dvd and Cd player, a microwave, a small kitchenette, a big refrigerator, and a mini dishwasher are offered. A beautiful double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (with washing machine) is offered. A spacious private balcony with an outdoor breakfast table and sun loungers, and a wooden pergola are also provided. The 1-bedroom Villa can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children on one main sofa bed and one additional corner sofa.

Topolia is a small, very tranquil, picturesque village, ideal for families seeking for relaxation and for nature lovers. A traditional bakery shop next to the villas, two mini markets and a tavern are easily reachable on foot. In the nearby town of Kissamos, all guests have the opportunity to taste some mouth watering Greek specialties or visit very large supermarkets for food supplies and shopping.
