Two of the bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, the former features one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00). There is also a bathroom located on the ground floor. The latter bedroom of the ground floor features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, boasting en suite bathroom. The further three bedrooms are located on the first floor, the first features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, boasting en suite bathroom. A staircase leads to an Attic type bedroom featuring one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00). This bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom. It also features a specially designed area, where two more guests can be accommodated in two folding beds. The master bedroom of the Villa, features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed boasting en suite bathroom. Bonus: There is a hidden attic type fairytale room on the first floor that can accommodate one extra guest, adult or kid. - Heated Pool & Outdoor whirlpool (heated) operate seasonally (end of March - middle of November) - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: -The Pool & Spa Whirlpool can be heated in March-June and September-November and during the days with outdoor temperature less than 25 °C degrees. -Two days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the Pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach 23 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 80 euros per day. -Water temperature can reach up to 28 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature. -The Pool & Spa Whirlpool can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required. -In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the Pool & Spa Whirlpool. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.
