Our stay here was amazing! The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and have comfortable beds and great views. The host, George, was very helpful and friendly. We were able to text him at any time, for recommendations of things to do on the island. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond when making up the room. There were two complimentary postcards in the room, which we sent to our families back home. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but it really isn't needed, because there are plenty of restaurants within a few hundred feet of the hotel. It's also very close to old Chania and the old port, so it's easy to explore without having to drive.

Beautiful new hotel, located just outside Old Town wall. No amenities yet, but the owner Spiris was always responsive and available. Nice cafe for breakfast just around the corner right by the sea.

Very new and fresh property. Great location within few steps of the Chania harbor and lighthouse. Exceptional views from the balcony of my spacious room. Hotel owners are quick to respond via chatlines. The inclusive breakfast is arranged off property at a very charming and friendly cafe facing the water, less than 5min walk from the hotel.

Wow the view of the Old Town wall and the sea was so amazing it looked like a photo. The bed was as comfortable as could be, the manager was very gracious, cleaning service was perfect, and there is abundant parking right next door. The shades work very well. We slept in no problem. Walking to Old Town took 3 minutes. It could not have been more convenient. This may have been one of our best choices on this trip. Thank you Theta!

Location was excellent, near everything in Chania. Breakfast at the nearby restaurant was gigantic and delicious! Very nice to start the day eating by the seaside! The room was modern and spacious, including the bathroom. Loved the balcony also!

Brand new hotel recently remodeled and upgraded by three brothers. They do not have reception area yet, but do plan to build out on ground floor. One smiling brother met us at the door and took us to our room. Another brother was there to help with bags when we were leaving. Brothers and their reservation service were always available by email/text. Very friendly and wanting us to enjoy. Very comfortable rooms are well laid out with modern furnishings, black out curtains, refrigerator and nice, large bathrooms. Location is at edge of Venetian walls, therefore can easily walk anywhere along water/inside walls to darling shops and restaurants. One brother recommended excellent nearby tavern that we went to two nights in a row!

This hotel is amazing! The bed is THE MOST COMFORTABLE! We travel full time and this room/ hotel can not be beat. Location was great just outside the old town, near the beach. Staff was great, responsive. Hotel is not yet complete with reception however, Spiros was outstanding and held our luggage until we were ready to leave on the night ferry. Shower was fantastic, large bathroom. Water in the fridge daily. Price was great as we were there at end of season. Highly, highly recommend.
