Discover an enchanting villa where everything is close at hand. This villa can accommodate up to 12 persons! May we help you plan your stay with us? Fully furnished the villa in olive with private pool features 4 bedrooms fully equipped, 3 bathrooms, w/c, living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen and all features to make your stay comfortable! The villa is two storey and measures 400sqm! While entering you are settled in the spacious living area with a smart TV and a fireplace! Next step and you are found in the kitchen area where dining facilities with another living area and fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge dishwasher and all utensils will let you prepare your meals while having great pool views! The villa features a/c units in all stages! On the ground floor the villa also features 1 bedroom with kind size double bed, en suite bathroom with shower and bath (Jacuzzi) and walk in closet and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can be amended in double bed configuration! A bathroom with shower is available next to the rooms! The luxurious stairs will lead you on the first floor where a spacious living area is found and a large veranda to enjoy the sunset while having a great meal or a refreshing cocktail! In this stage another bedroom with 1 double or two single beds configuration and an en suite bathroom with shower gives you the privacy you need to spend some time together or apart from your family or friends! The living area features 2 large sofa beds for 4 and a WC! A storage area with washing machine is also available! The villa externally features pristine gardens with unbeatable views, private pool (12x4) built BBQ, sitting and dining areas, sun beds and umbrellas! The villa has a private controlled gate and spacious parking area!!!

Neighborhood info

Just at a distance of 7km away from Zakynthos town and from the airport, Romiri village is set amongst green lush landscape with a fragrance of olive trees in the air. Its geographical location makes it a good starting point for exploring the beauties of the island! This area of Zante is almost untouched by tourism and guests will have a sense of Zante rural lifestyle based on agriculture. Maxairado village is known for the 14th Century, Church of Agia Mavra, one of the oldest churches on the island with its Venetian steeple and splendid frescoes and icons. Celebrations in honor of Agia Mavra usually take place the first weekend of July, when the whole town gets together to dance in traditional customs and eat delicious barbequed food. In the village you will find a post office, a small café ans a snack bar, mini markets and several houses very near the square.
