A striking structure on Tragaki, only 10 minutes driving distance to Zakynthos town, this self-catering hideaway, is a nod to the modern Zakynthian summerhouse. With an outdoor private 40sqm pool, embellished with swim up sun-beds, this is a spectacular 250m2 villa, that can host up to 10 guests, featuring 4bedroom & 4bathroom. Pool Heating Policy: -The pool can be heated with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees. 4 days in advance - notice is required, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. - For every day of use the charge of heating the pool is 80euro. *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.
