Located on an elevated position, just a short drive away from Chania city, SeaSilia luxury Villa commands breathtaking panoramas that unfold before you, capturing the majestic allure of the sea, the pristine White Mountains, and the enchanting Souda Bay. This opulent 200 m2 residence unfolds across 3 levels, providing a harmonious blend of space and sophistication. Within its refined confines, SeaSilia graciously accommodates up to 10 guests, offering resplendent comfort in its 5 meticulously designed bedrooms. -Starting January 1, 2024, a new Greek tax was introduced which is called the “Climate Crisis Resilience Charge,” requiring a fee of 10 euros per night from March to October and 4 euros per night from November to February. The amount needs to be paid in cash or by card upon your arrival at the villa.

Neighbourhood information

The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of supplies shops, restaurants and various services. The closest living area is the village of Kounoupidiana where you can find bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants with traditional Cretan food and it is located only 3 km away. The location of the villa is ideal for one more reason: its 10 minutes proximity to the main national road, thus making excursions around Crete a very easy thing to do. Regarding Akrotiri area, there are some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries and churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and many places with archaeological interests. In addition, if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Chania town is 8 km away and offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment.
