This place has been perfect for us! A little remote and quiet. Our apartment on Ground Floor had a large terrace overlooking the sea with awesome views of Kefalonia and perfect sunrises. The beach is with pebbles, but after two steps you are in shallow water with the smoothest sand. Our children loved to play in the knee-deep water. The owners and all the staff were very nice and discreet. The hotel is a short walk from Alykes center where you cand find shops, restaurants, bars, car rental. It's best to have a car or a scooter because there are a lot of places to be explored on the island anyway. It was the perfect holiday for us and the children and we hope to be back!

Second time at this hotel, it’s run by a lovely welcoming family. Self catering apartments with the most amazing views. No pool but there is one 2 mins away and the food there is great. There’s a lovely garden to lie in and steps straight into the sea. It’s absolutely perfect ❤️

The owners are such lovely people. Very friendly and welcome all guests so warmly. The location is incredible, on the beach in just a few steps. Apartment is basic but had what we needed for our stay.

Very nice hotel over the sea side and they have sun beds and palm trees , beach is like 5 meters away from hotel. The beach is very nice and you must go 50 meters in water to reach 2 meters of deep

It was a hit, good location, friendly staff, perfect sea view, 30 min drive to Blue Caves (Potamitis Windmill), 8 min to Sulfur Beah, 30 min to the 2 year old olive tree, very beautiful sunrise . Gianna helped us with the CarRental and Shipwreck tour, very uncomplicated and practical. definitely worth recommending.

Breakfast on the balcony with the view of an amazing sea, private sun beds and umbrella.. and the most important thing is that the family handling this place is amazing! Location is gorgeous, really few steps from the sea! Mountains and all greenery nearby make the place even more beautiful. Nice garden where you can relax, parking spots in the yard. Alykes is 10 min walking, where you can find shops and restaurant. Very quiet, a good choice for families or those looking to relax. The room was spacious, with good amenities and with a big terrace with great view.

We spent 7 wonderful days in Alykes. Choosing the Sea View Hotel was one of our best decisions. Close to the sea, spectacular view from the room, quiet area, hearing the waves all night long and overall very clean rooms and nice and very friendly people who manage and take care of this place. We definitely recommend it also for families with 1-2 children too, as in our case.
