Rose Villa is a lovely detached Villa, set on its own private grounds, with breath taking views of the sea, lush valley and the most wonderful sunsets. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeping for 9 people (3 double beds and 3 single beds). Every bedroom has double door leading to either a balcony or garden. 2 bedrooms have en-suites and all bedrooms have ample wardrobe and draw space. The bedrooms and living room benefit from large, slow moving remote controlled fans. The living room is a large, bright room that faces the beautiful view of Agios Stefanos beach and, in the distance, Albania. It features large corner sofas, footstall and even a sofa bed. The kitchen is well equipped. The garden has a decked area with sun loungers and shade, as well as a BBQ.
Rose Villa is owned by Bob & Sheelagh, who use it regularly as their "Home from Home". They fell in love with the village and local people when they first visited San Stefanos over 40 years ago and have been coming back ever year ever since. Their 3 children also fell in love with the village, which prompted them to build Rose Villa.
Villa Rose is situated in the village of Agios Stefanos and the best thing is that during your stay, you can do as much or as little as you want to! The village boosts many Free swimming pools, open to everyone, with the nearest being only 300 meters from Rose Villa. The nearest restaurant and bar is only 200 metres away, with fabulous 360 degree views of both Agios Stefanos and Arillas. Short cliff top walks also provide easy access to other bars and restaurants. There is a wide range of bars, restaurants, and tavernas where you find everything from terrific traditional Greek food to snacks, beach picnics and fine dining. San Stefanos really has something for everyone, whether it is for couples, families, or groups. Everything from a relaxing beach holiday to locally provided excursions and days out, including boat trips to the three Diapontia Islands from the local harbour, day and evening trips to Corfu Town, family day out at Aqualand, scuba diving or even a trip to historic Albania.
