Very spacious and bright. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Quiet neighbourhood with trees and flowers. On 3rd floor, top floor of building with huge balcony. Lovely view of mountains from balcony and from the many windows and sliding glass doors, which are all screened. 4 ac units. Bed comfortable. 2 eating areas: kitchen table and dining room table. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Dimitri, our contact person, was so kind and helpful!

Regalo is a luxury suite of serviced apartments located in the beautiful beach town of Kariotes, on the eastern side of the island of Lefkada. With renovations taking place earlier this year, these flats benefit from immaculate new design and furnishings. We have placed significant emphasis on providing a comfortable and uniquely unforgettable experience for our guests. Conveniently named, Regalo is the word for gift in the local dialect. We feel this perfectly symbolises how we picture these suites for our guests. The collection of apartments are complemented by the beautiful surroundings. It is the ideal location for our vacation seeking guests, who want to both explore one of Greece’s most unique islands and enjoy a relaxing break away. The Regalo collection consists of the below: 1. Two Studios 2. Six two-bedroom apartments 3. One three-bedroom apartment 4. Roof Terrace (communal)

The picturesque village of Kariotes is excellently situated between Lefkada town and Nidri, two of the more popular places on the island, both offering unique experiences. From here there is access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. Kariotes itself is a short distance to some of the more traditional villages, including the close by historic fisherman village of Liggia. A trip to the village of Nidri is a must for activities. Take an excursion on one of the tourist boats and spend a day exploring other islands in the Ionian Sea. Delve further and discover the little island of Meganisi or consider seeing the famous Scorpios island, owned by the prominent Onassis family. Kariotes acts as a delightful base on the island for both an adventurous nightlife, as well as the ideal place to relax.
