THE HOUSE: Upon entering, you'll meet a spacious kitchen, ready for meal preparation, and a cozy living area, perfect for relaxation and unwinding. The bedroom features a special, newly-bought mattress on the king-size bed, ensuring ultimate comfort and tranquility. Step outside onto the two balconies and immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. The front spacious balcony provides ample room for lounging and dinner, while the back balcony offers a cozy nook for intimate moments. Both balconies are ideal spots to enjoy the cool night breeze from Volcano Mountain, gaze at the stars, and connect with the natural beauty of the region. There is powerful air-conditioning in the sitting room and fans in all rooms. Suitable for up to 4 adults (due to the stairs of the entrance and marble parts of the house a baby should be supervised by parents at all times). In the bedroom, the king-size bed is 150x200 cm. In the sitting room, a sofa turns into a bed of size 186x105 cm, and we have added a bed of size 200x100 cm. There are two security cameras, one over the stairs looking at the entrance of the house and the other on the back balcony looking over the surrounding fields. No live streaming. Doors and windows have window screens. Supermarkets, cafes, bakeries, and grill restaurants are 200 meters away. Meligalas Public Health Center is 6-7 min away and the public Hospital of Kalamata is 18 min drive.
