The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach and other points of interests. The rooms are big, clean and they all have balconies. The owner is very nice lady, who helped us with restaurant recommendations and many other information. I recommend this location.

I loved the location of the place - far away from the noisy Laganas but still at a less than 10 minute walk from the main street. The host, Maria, was very polite and positive. The room was clean and had a great view. The hairdrier is great and is very convenient. The towels were good and smelled great which you can't really see everywhere. Bonus points for two very friendly and lovable cats!!!

As a solo traveler, this place was everything I was looking for! It is so quiet, private, and peaceful. At night, the wonderful sound of the insects buzzing outside put me right to sleep. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the pool is so nice. It is also a perfect location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The best part of all was the host! Maria was one of the sweetest people I have ever met and went above and beyond to make the stay perfect. She arranged everything that I could possibly need. You will be very pleased if you stay here!!

It was nice that it was off the main strip as there is a lot of nightlife activity. We loved having a pool so we could chose between swimming at the pool or in the ocean. Maria was lovely and very accommodating! There’s a big parking area as well so we had lots of space to park our rental car.

We booked the Apartment With Sea View. The apartment itself is excellent! It is spacious, it has a dinner table, a lovely kitchen to cook in, the bedroom is also spacious with a comfy bed and pillows. The balcony has a beautiful view of the sea, it’s perfect to watch the sun rise and to watch the stars at night. I’d also like to point out that the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils such as: coffee machine, water cooker, grill cheese maker, fridge, microwave, cooker, pots, pans, forks spoons. The location is also central, restaurants, clubs and beaches are within walking distance. The rooms were cleaned regularly. The apartment looked exactly like the photos on booking.com. We visited during off season so the Laganas area was very quiet and peaceful.

Maria is indeed every bit of an exceptional host - I initially estimated we'd arrive within a different time frame but we ended up being early and she arrived within minutes to welcome us. She is very nice and helpful, provided us with a place to leave our luggage on the day we were leaving as we had an evening flight and even arranged a taxi (which helped as it was a shortage of cars from what we understood from the taxi driver). She made our stay there really pleasant. Place is very clean, close to the beach and within good distance from the main street (enough not to hear the noise, but not too far to feel like walking there would be a hassle)

This is a newly renovated location, with contemporary design and amenities. The pool area is small, but suitable for chilling. The WiFi worked well, which is not always the case in Zakinthos. The location is great - close enough to the beach and restaurants (3-4 minutes walk) and far enough to have peace and quiet. Maria is the poster girl for an excellent host. Would definitely stay here again!
