Excellent location to Fira centre so public transport around the island was extremely easy to access. All hotel staff were very helpful upon checking in and throughout our stay, even providing us with a free room upgrade with a view of the Caldera. The rooms were clean and had plenty of facilities to make use of (nespresso machine, electronic safe, robes and slippers and the complimentary bottle of wine and fruit was a nice touch). The hotel gym and pools were both great for an active person like myself. My partner also made use of the spa facilities which she very much enjoyed! The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the staff were excellent at keeping it regularly restocked and cleaning tables when finished
