In a quiet alley in the settlement of Livadi 200m from the ferry disembarkation point and between the beaches of Livadakia (100m) and Avlomonas (300m) which you can reach on foot, you will find the always spotlessly clean and welcoming Niso accommodation. The market, restaurants, cafes, Mini Markets, the starting point of the buses to Chora or the other beautiful beaches of our island as well as the TAΧI station are located 100-200m from the accommodation, making it unnecessary to use a private means of transport . Nevertheless, for our guests who will bring a means of transport, there is a free outdoor parking space 50m from the accommodation. The accommodation has all the accessories (umbrella, mats, portable cooler with ice packs, beach towels, flippers, ball, masks) for your sea bathing. At Niso we provide the detergent and fabric softener for use in the washing machine as well as other consumables for cleaning.

Recognizing that our guests want to spend carefree, problem-free days, we try to achieve this goal, both with the equipment of Niso accomodation, the good preparation of the space until the arrival of the guest, and with every information/help we provide during the stay.
Psili Ammos beach is one of the most popular on the island and has been declared the best beach in Europe for the year 2003. Vagia and Ganema beaches in the south of the island are also two beautiful and very popular beaches. Megalo Livadi is a beautiful historic fishing village, as it was the headquarters of the iron mining company and the site of the first strike in Greece. It has a beautiful beach for swimming and then eating in one of the tavernas by the sea. Chora with its whitewashed houses, perched on the rock, is also a beautiful sight worth visiting while walking through the alleys to the highest point the church of Ag. Konstantinou from where you will take beautiful photos with Livadi and the Aegean in the background. For lovers of religious tourism, the Monastery of Taxiarches in the North-East of the island. In the same area and the traditional winery of Chrysoloras where you can enjoy a variety of wines with the sunset in the Aegean waters as a background.
