The spacious yard covers more than 700 square meters, and the villa itself, boasting five bedrooms, spans over 270 square meters. Whether you seek solitude, quality time with your family, or a gathering with friends, this villa provides the perfect setting. Moreover, you'll find that within just a 10-minute walk, you can reach almost any part of the city. Whether you fancy a swim by the seaside, soaking up the sun, shopping in the city center, or indulging in local delicacies, everything is within easy reach.
Hi, my name is Kriton! My wife, Melina, and I are summer lovers. We were born in Greece, and we were raised on the beach. Now that we are in our 40s - we spend our days between Athens, Samos and Tinos. We have a 7-year-old daughter. In Samos, we have a summer house that I have inherited from my beloved grandmother. As we can't be in Samos all year round, we have decided to rent out our place, so more people can experience what Greek hospitality is all about and give them a chance to experience our hidden paradise. The house was renovated in 2022.
