το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη περιοχή του αδάμαντά (Περιοχή περιβόλια ) με 130 μέτρα απόσταση από την κοντινότερη παραλία του παπικινού κ 2 λεπτά Από το κέντρο του Αδάμαντα όπου βρίσκεται και το λιμάνι, εφάπτεται με επαρχιακό δρόμο Και έχει δικό του πάρκινγκ. Είναι ένα νεοκλασικό σπίτι του 1947 που τα τελευταία δύο χρόνια έγινει ολική ανακατασκευή Κρατώντας το χαρακτήρα του. Η θέα προς τη θάλασσα σίγουρα θα σας γαληνέψει και θα σας χαλαρώσει οποιαδήποτε στιγμή της ημέρας είμαστε πάντα στη διάθεσή σας για οποιαδήποτε διευκρίνιση The house is located at a peaceful area at Adamas (which called Perivolia) the distance from the first beach which called “Papikinou” is 130 meters away from the house. Additionally, the location of the house is really good due to the fact that is only 2 minutes away from Adamas port, the central port of the island! Also, is near to provincial road and has parking area! It is a neoclassical building of 1947 and we have done a total reconstruction! Our intention was to keep it at the style of the island! Finally, you will feel relaxed and peaceful with the amazing sea view from the house! We are always at your disposal! For any additional questions
Cpt. Polichronis Mavros is an exceptional sailing yachts skipper although he is a new entrant. He has unmatched experience
in catamarans as he owns a Dufour Nautitech 395 since 2010. Born in 1974 in Athens, he is recently married and has a baby boy.
He has over 10 years of service at sea and excellent skills in order to sail you safely around the islands of the greek archipelago,
specially in the complex of Cyclades islands. Cpt. Polichronis knows like few how to take care of all his guests needs.
With his fine manners and his outgoing personality he becomes the most reliable guide for an unforgettable vacation.
