Perfect stay, great location, wine and snacks for welcome, cats, pool, everything was perfect!

It feels like an authentic residential Greek house, with loads of character. Spent a lot of time cooling off in the pool. There were free welcome drinks, wine and even some snacks from the owner. If you prefer to cook there is a kitchen. The location is walking distance and not too far from Faliraki beach and restaurants. You can park the car in front of the house. It is a quiet neighborhood, you won't hear the noise from the bars. There is also airconditioning in the bedroom, no additional charge in the heat of the summer.

Thanks to owner for a nice stay, everything was great. Homely and cozy apartments,for those who like privacy more than a lot of people around you. Close to everything - beach, bus stops, supermarket,main nightlife street,but also away from a big noise. We enjoyed our stay, private kitchen and pool a lot. Stamatia is nice and helpful 👍

The location is perfect, about 5 mins walk from central faliraki, about 5 mins to beach. Parking available right outside the apartment. Fully stocked with drinks, snacks and toiletries so has everything you need. Regular cleaning. Stamatia is really helpful and friendly. The pool is really big and just amazing for a dip. Air conditioned bedroom was also so good. Bed is large and comfortable. Nice outdoor dining area.

everything!!!!! the location was amazing, close to bars restaurants beaches to works. but for me it was completely the details that come for someone who really enjoys bringing an exceptional experience to the people who are lucky enough to stay here. Stamatia puts so much effort into the things that really make you feel special, from the wine and beer in the fridge to welcome you, the brand new tooth brushes incase you forgot. the beautiful place settings ready for you, the stick of snacks, dressing gown, slippers. all make this such a wonderful holiday. Stamatia cannot do enough to help and make your stay wonderful. and even bought us a gift to take home with us. so thoughtful. to top off a gorgeous location

We loved how close it was to the beach, nightlife & restaurants, as well as the supermarket. The pool makes this place incredible - after a long day in the sun & sea, coming back to that was gorgeous & turns out is quite rare to have a pool in this area. Stamatia goes above & beyond for you, she even brought us some Greek stew, plums from her garden & drove us to Anthony Quinn bay (must see). Her home has wonderful photos of her ancestors & pieces of history dotted everywhere - makes you feel connected to the area. Rhodes Old Town is incredible & the bus stop is just over the road (20 min journey, €2.50 one way) just make sure you head deeper into the Old Town for best restaurants/prices & beauty. Stamatia dropped fresh towels & toilet roll & was there for every need. She even left us a little gift to take away. The people from Rhodes are so kind & helpful - a truly amazing trip. thank you so much.
