Katerina's moto is to always assist our guests so that they can enjoy their stay on the island. She enjoys her duties as property manager, and has a very good sense of responsibility and understanding of people. Katerina is always happy to help and provide solutions and advice for your stay and for getting the best experience of the island. Although not a local, she has spent all her summers on the island since 1987, and staying all year around since 2020. Katerina knows the island inside out and that is always helpful for our guests.

Mandaniki Apartments is around since mid 1980s, placed at a magnificent spot overlooking the gulf of Vasillias beach (downhill some 100m from the property), the second beach from the town of Skiathos. The view from all our rooms is facing the sea, and you can enjoy the looks of Skopelos from distance right across a few miles of sea. Sunrise from your balcony is something you must experience, either waking up early, or coming back late from partying in town. We do take good care of the property, and provide cleaning services daily except Sundays, while towels and sheets are provided and changed every 3 days. Keep in mind that almost all lodges on the island are build around the ca. 15 km long main street of Skiathos, connecting the port with the beautiful beach of Koukounaries. As a result some noise is always present, do plan well if avoiding this is important to you for enjoying your holidays. We do not offer breakfast, but coffee and biscuits are available for free on the terrace from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

You can reach town by bus, taxi and sea taxi, but also on foot (ca. 30min). There are two nearby bus stops, numbers 8 and 9, placed respectively 200m before and 200m after the property; from 9 the way is downhill and uphill from bus stop number 8. There is a small super market about 2 minutes drive from the property, but walking there takes much longer due to the hilly terrain.
