Set on the outskirts of the village of Kournes and with views of Lake Kournas, Villa Eirini is set amongst a young olive grove in a secluded position far away from any neighbours. Freshly renovated and with brand new furniture, Villa Eirini has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 well sized balconies, a living room and a well appointed kitchen. Villa Eirini can accommodate up to 8 guests. Villa Eirini is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The outdoor area provides a 3 acre garden, a swimming pool and a fantastic BBQ right next to the swimming pool along with a large shaded canopy area. From the rear balcony you have views of the mountains and of Lake Kournas and from the front balcony you can catch a glimpse of the sea too. The 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and a larger bathroom are located on the ground floor all with ample cupboard spaces and air conditioning in every room. Upstairs you will find the living area with a spacious and comfortable sofa (which converts into a double bed), dining table, TV and fireplace. The kitchen is well appointed and is just off the living space and has views of Lake Kournas. There is also a small bathroom with a shower. There are two decent sized balconies with comfortable outdoor furniture perfect for lounging. Villa Eirini is a 6 minute drive from the beachside town of Georgioupoli where you will find many supermarkets, restaurants and bars and anything else you might need during your stay. The closest beach to the villa is Georgioupoli Beach again, only a 6 minute drive away. There are many Greek Tavernas in the area around Lake Kourna and in the village of Kournas itself. In the village I recommend Kali Kardia and Babis Taverna (both 9 minute drive) and closer to home on Lake Kournas my favourite is Taverna-Cafe Kavalos (3 minute drive).
