Welcome to Korfes! The Korfes-M apartment (Korfes-Peaks) is Ideal for small Groups and Families up to 5 people for Comfortable Accommodation and Privacy. They are the 2 upper floors of Villa Korfes, which you can also book with booking for more people (up to 9) or for more Comfort. Korfes is a traditional stone guesthouse within the historical settlement of Koryschades in the wonderful natural environment of Evrytania. It provides all modern comforts with respect to the special architecture of Koryschades, a typical Evrytania "politochori village". Korfes is a three-story building of 150 square meters, of modern construction, stone, tiled roofs, while the interior is dominated by stone and wood, oak floors, chestnut frames, wooden stairs and paneled wooden ceilings. Korfes-M cover the 2 upper floors 1st floor for All the Group and Family Stone walls, warm lighting, wooden ceiling, oak floors, balcony and chestnut windows. Fully equipped Kitchen, large Dining Room, Comfortable Sitting Room around the Fireplace and the 43” TV. Bathroom. Downstairs are the bedrooms. All have a double bed with bedside tables, lights, sockets and mobile phone charger, 32" TV, armchairs, tables for suitcases and a large wardrobe with hangers. Independent bathroom with shower. Cotton bed linen, face and bath towels, slippers and hair dryer. 2nd floor Master Bedroom: It has a Private balcony with a view and exit to the patio. A folding bed 80X180 can be added. 2nd floor Second Bedroom: Window with view. External stone staircase with metal handrail and chestnut wood from street, patio and yard. It is illuminated with warm lighting. Also access to the patio from the master bedroom (2nd floor) and to the courtyard from the suite (3rd floor). In the summer you can enjoy the outdoor areas, the yard and the patio more.
In a Personal Tone I am a retired Professor of the University of Athens and now the administrator of the Korfes Guest House in the beautiful Koryschades in Evrytania. It will be my pleasure to accommodate you with Comfort and Privacy. My concern is that you have not only the essentials of a pleasant stay, but also small "luxuries", which I would like to have myself as a guest. On the first floor, your group gathers in the comfortable living room (TV, fireplace, firewood, etc.), the dining room, the open kitchen, and highchairs. I have paid special attention to your sleep with comfortable mattresses, cotton bedding, duvets, and pillows. Nothing worse than a bad night's sleep! Of course, good heating under your control and a constant supply of hot water. The essential Wi-Fi everywhere. Ample warm lighting, that matches the stone and wood of the space. The simple, perhaps even old-fashioned, decoration matches the traditional architecture. For a (time) travel within (space) travel. Nature has taken care of the view and the environment. You can simply enjoy it from any point of the Guest House if you just turn your gaze towards a window or a balcony door. Every season and a different image. They are all worth seeing! The Koryschades Guest house Korfes is located within the traditional village of Koryschades with the typical local architecture (“politochori”). The stone church of St. Athanasios (1865), the fountains, the children's playground, and the historical school of Koryschades, which today houses the National Resistance Museum, dominates the paved square with the huge plane tree. Also, the Antamoma restaurant, where you can enjoy coffee, local snacks, local tsipouro and sweets from morning until late at night. The square is located 300m from the guesthouse on foot, from the old path which starts from the Old Inn or by car 1.5 km. following the main road. At the junction of the main Karpenisi-Proussos road towards Koryschades, you will find the two popular hangouts Kasmir and Saloon. Itineraries-Sightseeing It is worth visiting the green landscape and the wonderful environment of Evrytania either by car or by hiking on the paths and forest roads. Touring the villages of the area is an experience of sensations, images, and colors, different in each season of the year. Nearby Routes (up to 15 minutes).: Kefalovryso Park, the villages of Potamia: Klafsi, Boutiro, Nostimo, Mikro Chorio (new and old).
