We are Bill and John, two young entrepreneurs with family ties. We were both born in Athens and continue living in this fascinating city. We have both spent our early years in the tourism and hospitality industry assisting our family in its hotel and tour operator venues. Bill holds a bachelor in Hospitality & International Tourism and John on Marketing & Communications. We are committed to greeting our guests with large measures of Hellenic Filoxenia!

The urban neighbourhood of Kolonaki is typically known as the ‘see-and-be-seen’ region of the city. Hence the plethora of cafes lining its streets and sidewalks. Walk past (or into) the high-end boutiques on your way to the historical sites, museums, and points of interest which can be accessed on foot and/or the metro (Syntagma station and Evangelismos station). An overall convenient part of the city to have as your base.
