The “GeoNi’s Villa” was completely renovated in 2021 and it is located at the settlement of Katavati in Apollonia on Sifnos. It’s surrounded by an estate of 0,2 acres, its surface is 85 sm (915 sqft) and it consists of two bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom and a big terrace with a view to "Natura 2000" area. The residence has a free parking space but for a small car only, because the main traditional paved street that leads to the property is narrow. From the terrace one can enjoy the beauty of the nature and the Cycladic landscape. The cleaning of the house and the change of linen (sheets and towels) every 3 days are included in the price
