Stylish, cosy and quite ground floor apartment, recently fully renovated, located in the centre of Alimos, 400 meters from the beach and sea, close to all commercial shops (super markets, restaurants, coffee places, bars) 15 minutes/8 km from cosy Glyfada and 20 minutes/12 km from centre of Athens, 100 meters away from bus and tram station.

Suggestions from historic attractions and museums to beaches and bars?Athens is my favourite city and I have been around for many years,so any information you need, I got it! Don't be shy and ask away! I respect my guests limits, so I prefer to give you your own space and time , after all its your vacation! The neighbourhood is extremely quite and friendly. The beach is a walking distance from the apartment and in this same area you can find cosy restaurants (the well known Penarubia also), lounge bars and a beautiful park suitable for picnics, for children to play in the playground, enjoy open cinema by the beach, exercise on the outdoor (free) gym or just have long romantic walks.
