Exclusive villa Giannis is located in the picturesque village Agia Triada, a tranquil area full of olive groves. The closest beach is a 7 min drive from the villa. A vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Locations near Agia Triada include beautiful villages within a 7 min drive from the villa and have all the necessities guests might need such as tavernas, cafes, mini markets, bakeries, grocery shops, hairdressers, gus stations, pharmacy etc. In the area you can also visit the Monastery of Arkadi Rethymno, the farm Agreco, the newly erected Museum of Eleftherna and the Dam of the Rivers. The area around the village is full of olive trees and vineyards. For the more "daring" it is possible to climb the surrounding hills and cross the gorges formed around them.
