The Apartment: Dreams 3 is the most central, luxury, fully renovated and furnished Studio. It is located on the Valvi pedestrian street, on the 3rd floor of a small three-floor building, consisting of 3 apartments. On each floor there is only one apartment. (The apartment is only accessible only by stairs). It has 1 double bed (1.30X1.90 m) and 2 stool-beds (0.75X1.90 m), which can accommodate up to 4 people (in the stool-beds, even though adults have slept, I wouldn't say that they are particularly comfortable. The reason that the stool-beds exist in the accommodation, is to rudimentarily cover the need to host a family with 2 little children). Apartment features a terrace with patio furniture, an awning and a city view. It is about 120 meters far from the central square of Karditsa. In less than 150 meters, you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is very close from the cycle paths and less than 50 meters from the city's bus terminal. The apartment is an extremely stylish, heated (natural gas) or air-conditioned (air-condition) studio, which combines the comfort of your home (full kitchen, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hair dryer, washing machine , steam iron, etc), with the possibility of being in the heart of the city (it is the most central apartment). Apartments Policies: Check-in: 15:00 to 23:00 Check-out: 08:00 to 11:00 Payment via Booking or by cash on arrival (Αpartment has not POS). No smoking allowed. The organization of events and bachelor parties are not allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are well trained so they won't cause any problems for the guests of the other apartments or in the apartment itself. We can only give you the document declaring your stay on the AADE (Tax Office) platform, which will list your name and the amount that you paid.

The host: My main concern is each guest tο arrives at the accommodation as a guest, but leaves as a friend. I am happy to host people, because I like to travel. I could travel for the rest of my life, meeting people, cultures and all the wonderful sights of our planet. I believe that the images and feelings from our travels, which "live" in our mind and soul, are the only real wealth and the only thing that is truly worthwhile. Because we only live once.

The area: Dreams 3 is located on one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets of Karditsa that starts from the Courthouse and ends at the Municipal Market building (a unique example of modern architecture of the French company Hennebique by Francois Coignet, built in 1920). At a distance of approximately 450 meters lays the Archaeological Museum of Karditsa and the central municipal park "Pausilipo", in which there is a refreshment stand and a "playground". The neighborhood: At a distance of less than 150 meters, you can find everything. Such as supermarkets, butchers, fish shops, fruit shops, convenience stores, fast food, restaurants, cafes, clothing and shoe stores, flowers shops, etc. Getting around: Dreams 3 is ideal for walk to the stores and coffee shops in the city center. It is located right next to the cycle path network of Karditsa and at a distance of about 50 meters you can find the city's bus terminal. Traveling by car: Ideal destinations can be the mountains of Karditsa and the Plastiras Lake, the mountain refuge "Karamanoli", with the small ski slope, on the southern slope of Agrafa, the ski center of Trikala "Pertouli" with a ski slope, as well as Meteora, a famous geographical, cultural and religious attraction of infinite natural beauty. Parking: The property is located on a pedestrian street and does not have a private parking area.
