The most central, luxurious, fully renovated and furnished studio. It is located on Valvi pedestrian street, on the 3rd floor (The apartment is accessible only by stairs) of a small building, that have one apartment per est floor. It has a big terrace with terrace furniture, awning and city views. It is about 120 meters from the main square of Karditsa. Within a radius of less than 150 meters, you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is less than 50 meters from the starting points of public transport. The apartment is an extremely stylish, air-conditioned studio, with a big terrace, which combines the comfort of your home (full kitchen, refrigerator, small appliances, washing machine, etc.), with the possibility of being in the heart of the city (there not more central apartment). Receipts and invoices cannot be issued.
I enjoy hosting people, because I love to travel. I could travel for the rest of my life, knowing people, cultures and all the wonderful sights of our planet. The apartment is located on one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets of Karditsa, starting from the Courthouse and ending at the Municipal Market building (a unique example of modern architecture of the French company Hennebique by Francois Coignet, built in 1920). At a distance of about 450 meters is the Archaeological Museum of Karditsa and the central municipal park "Pausilipo", which operates a bar and a "playground". Ways of transportation: The neighborhood is ideal for walks in the shops and cafes in the city center. Parking is free throughout the city (according to the signs of the police). The apartment is located next to the bicycle roads of Karditsa. At a distance of about 50 meters are the starting points of the city buses. For car travel, ideal destinations can be: The mountains of Karditsa and the Plastiras lake. The mountain shelter "Karamanoli", with the small ski slope, on the southern slope of Agrafa. The ski center of Trikala "Pertouli" with a ski slope. As well as Meteora, a famous geographical, cultural and religious attraction of infinite natural beauty.
