My teenage daughter and I couldn't have been happier with our experience at Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, allowing us to explore the city and take day trips without the need to rent a car. Nikol, the manager, reached out to us prior to our arrival and continued to check in with us during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering support as we organized our outings. Nikol truly went above and beyond to assist us. My daughter forgot a package at another hotel in Athens, where the staff was not very helpful. However, Nikol took it upon herself to contact them and arranged for the package to be delivered to us at the Athens airport before our return home. We can't speak highly enough of this place and the exceptional service provided by Nikol. We highly recommend Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites.

Imagine a completely renovated historic building in the heart of the wonderful island of Corfu, combined with a modern minimalist yet comfortable interior architecture, every piece of which has been carefully thought out. And add to all this the wonderful staff and hospitality. I'm talking about Contessa Bianca Luxury Suites, one of the most beautiful places to stay in Corfu, a place I highly recommend for the excellence of the organization and the great management that puts the guests first. Especially the incredible attention and care of the manager Nikol made us feel very good. As someone who got sick and spent the last 2-3 days of my trip in the room, I can't tell you how valuable this was. Thank you so much Nikol for all you did to make us comfortable.

Communication was excellent- being met in person was a real bonus and the key app was easy to use. Everything is split new and spotless. Location - a minute from the airport bus stop- is excellent and Nicoleta gave us some great tips on restaurants etc.

Entrance was electronic via an app or through a security code. Both methods were arranged just prior to the visit. On this occasion our host was there to meet us personally to go through entrance procedures and features of the apartment. Nikol, our host, was excellent, being very personable, attentive, and always willing to help. She made the stay easy and relaxed.

The accommodation was really above standard, the rooms were clean, new, modern and air-conditioned. TV with internet available. We felt totally safe there. Great location, right in the centre, just a few steps from the square, 10 minutes by public transport from the airport. All needed amenities nearby (supermarket, pharmacy). Helpful Nikol was always willing to help when something was needed. She was always optimistic and cheerful and showed a genuine interest in her guests. On arrival we appreciated the free cool drinks in the fridge and on departure we received a lovely gift. We definitely highly recommend it.
