Chainteris Villas are located in Prinos village and are three autonomous villas, just 10 minutes away by car from the city of Rethymno. Within 10 minutes driving guests will find restaurants, beach bars, super markets, water sports! Each villa has a private swimming pool, BBQ facilities and can accommodate up to 5 guests in the two comfortable bedrooms. Also each villa features a living room with an open fireplace, comfortable seating area, a fully equipped kitchen and a dinning table. Chainteris Villas are ideal for those who seek relaxation and privacy! Kindly note that the home is part of a villa complex when 2 more villas are located, each with their own pool & facilities. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed No events allowed *Accommodation cost Excludes: Resilience Tax 10,00 per villa per night. This is not included in the platform prices and shall be paid, upon check in.

Chainteris Villas are located in the wonderful village of Prinos, offering a great location, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum. Guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, located in Skaleta area, which is only 3 km away by car. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. Prinos village is among olive and orange trees and offers an amazing view of Psiloritis mountain, as well as unique sea views!
