This perfect little gem of a boutique hotel was the best! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, including jumping through hoops to help us find our lost luggage. Can't recommend this hotel enough!

The staff are amazingly kind and helpful with anything you need. The owner, Dimitris, was available for any questions prior and during the stay at their hotel. Helped us with transportation to and from the airport at lower costs than usual. When I asked Dimitris if there was an option for late checkout since our flight was in the afternoon, he checked their availability and happily obliged and without any extra cost which is above and beyond!! Great views, modern rooms, big bed, excellent shower, great bar at the pool with excellent cocktails (and decently priced). Pool was really nice as well, however you need to come early in order to get a recliner by the pool. All in all the value of our stay was amazing and well beyond our expectation. Would stay again when going to Crete again! Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel is very small and quiet, the room is cleaned everyday and all of the rooms have sea view, the staff there is the best and they also have great food in their restaurant

We loved staying at Casa Blu and would highly recommend it. The staff was outstanding, the pools were delightful, the location was great, the room was comfortable with a nice balcony with a view of the Mediterranean, and the price was a great value for the money.

Very clean and modern property. Simple check-in with staff waiting on arrival and arranged transport from Heraklion Port for us. Staff treat you like family, special shout out to Terry, Ernie and Giorgios for looking after us during our stay. Nice pool and always enough sunbeds to accommodate. Breakfast was good with good selection and the food off the menu at lunch was as good as any restaurant you would go to.
