Hello and welcome to our Villa! The villa is built in a secluded private area of 4000 sqm of land facing the sea and the Albanian mountains. The Distance to the sea is 400m. The villa is built with white hand-carved stones and solid wood. There are 2 floors and a basement area. The main entrance leads you into the bright, voluminous open-plan living and dining area which features a white creamy Corfiot curved stone wall. Stone floors and solid wood ceilings with large wood beams. The Kitchen area faces 2 large sliding glass doors that bring in the sea views and offer access to the swimming pool, gardens and barbecue area. Two large sofas and a dining table surround the chimney. Just off the living and dining area is a well-equipped kitchen overlooking at the back of the Olive Trees, Orange Trees and Sea Views. Another opening off the living area leads you to 2 King Size-twin bedrooms with wonderful sea views, en-suite shower rooms and sliding windows opening out onto the large balconies, overlooking the sea and the olive trees in a 180-degree view. A hand-crafted and curved solid wood stair takes you up to the first floor through a castle-style stone wall, landing into the main sleeping quarters, comprising a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, dressing room, and access to a super-panoramic sea-view balcony. There is a distance of 400m from the sea and you can easily walk for a swim at the famous Avlaki Beach where you can enjoy the peaceful sea views. There is a barbeque and dining area outside facing the olive trees and sea views while you can relax and enjoy the small and large tourist boats sailing through the Ionian Sea. The house is surrounded by over 100 trees mainly Olive Trees, Orange, Mandarines, Cherry, Figs, Peaches and many other fruit trees which are new but have started to produce fruits. Our guests are always welcome to enjoy the fresh organic fruits from the trees depending on the season they come.

My name is Shkelqim and currently living part-time in Corfu. When I was young I lived as a young migrant in Crete for 7 years working in construction and later moved to England where I lived for over 25 years with my wife and my boys now in their late teens. I have worked as a builder all my working life and constantly dreamed of coming back to Greece and building my dream home. The dream became real in 2018. As a builder myself, it has been a great experience and have made so many local connections. Speaking Albanian, Greece and English has been a huge advantage and I felt at home the first moment I landed on the island. Just recently obtained my residency card as due to Brexit I had a limited time I could stay here on the Island. I have now started to build another house for a client of mine who lives in the UK, it looks like I am going to continue my "building career" in Corfu which I love doing. Both my wife and I look after our guests during the summertime and our ultimate goal is to help you have a wonderful time with your loved ones while staying in our house and in Corfu.

Avlaki beach is a peaceful, awarded with a Blue Flag beach in Corfu, located only 400m from Villa Sania. Avlaki beach will amaze you with its fascinating, wild beauty and its green nature almost reaching the crystal clear blue waters. The beach offers sand mixed with small white pebbles and it is organized, providing a plethora of activities, such as horse riding. At the same time, Avlaki beach is the perfect place to relax and unwind under the sun of the Ionian, enjoy water sports and feel the essence of the Greek summer, at a walking distance from the Villa. Avlaki beach also offers a few tavernas to enjoy fresh fish and delicious local food , while it is only 2 kilometers away from the well known Kassiopi Village. Kassiopi and its history are Unique on this coast, there you can visit turist shops with traditional hand crafts, and every kind of eating and drinking facility, there are banks with cash machines, doctors and pharmacies, internet cafes and supermarkets, a primary school and an Orthodox church, travel agents and a police station. From Kassiopi you can go almost everywhere in the Iseland by taking a car, Tourist Coach or Private Boat. Day and Night Boat Trips to Corfu Town where you can even dare for further adventure to the Beautiful Saranda and Butrint in Albania which is only 30minutes by private boats from Corfu Port. Excursions run daily from the harbour to all parts of the island. The Famous Durrells House is only 20 minutes from the villa currenly converted to a restourant named White House. Only 15 minutes by car you can visit Acharavi, Almiros Beach, Old Perithea (Unesco Protected village), Agios San Stephanos, and as more as you can handle for your stay.
