Close to town, close to the Fira-Oia trail, removed from the tourist sections of town, easy access to the rest of the island, quiet, super clean, wonderful breakfast, lots of hot water, comfy bed, EXCELLENT HOST! Effimia was super communicative and always available for support. She helped arrange a rental car, port transportation, and gave excellent restaurant recommendations (Lava Taverna was our best meal on the trip!)

Athiri was the perfect place to relax and get away from the crowds. The room was clean and cozy and each room had it's own small jacuzzi and private balcony/patio area. Themis (the manager) went above and beyond to make my stay the best, from arranging airport transport at midnight (and allowing me to check in so late) to the amazingly delicious daily breakfast that he cooks himself!! He truly makes this place exceptional!

Breakfast to your room every morning, private outdoor Jacuzzi (a hot Jacuzzi under the Santorini night sky with a glass of wine is so relaxing and romantic), the location of the hotel was never crowded, great views and of course amazing service by Themis, who will assist you with anything, give you honest recommendations and make the reservations for you as well. He's a great guy and he definitely made our stay in Santorini way more enjoyable (thanks man)!

This hotel is managed by a man that knows how to multitask. The staff consists of just him and a housekeeper. This however, is no impediment for him to be his best. Themis is super attentive to his guests needs, and is very knowledgeable about the area. You ask for any guidance and he sends you to the best options. - Breakfast on the balcony. If you want the true experience of Santorini of morning breakfast on the patio overlooking the ocean, Athiri Hotel will provide! Both the Greek yogurt and omelette breakfasts were delicious. We really enjoyed the fresh bread, spreads and croissants - Large room with a jacuzzi overlooking Oia! The jacuzzi was a great touch. Warm water and super relaxing. Plus two people can fit into the small jacuzzi comfortably - Easy walk to the walking path! Although not in “main” Imerovigli, the hotel is a short walk to the walking path and about a 7 minute walk to main Imerovigli. We enjoyed being set back from the crowds - The hotel manager was excellent with service. He helped us with airport transfers (which were very prompt), delivered breakfast on time, and was knowledgeable about the Island

The Property is an amazing place with an amazing view on to the Sea, but not the caldera view. Also the breakfast at the property is the highlight. After such an amazing breakfast you do not feel like having anything almost the whole day. Lefteris also ensures that you always get your breakfast hot and on-time. The jaccuzzi is an amazing addition, with a view to the sea, but we could not fully use them as the weather was a bit colder. The houskeeping was amazing and they always ensured that anything you needed was always done and on time. The property also helped with my early check-in and a bit late check-out without any additional charges.
