Our street is a tranquil side street in the heart of Athens, at the edge of Plaka near Syntagma Square. Our immediate neighborhood is famous around Athens for its exceptional international cuisine. You will find restaurants for every taste, budget and time of day! Mediterranean, Greek, Indian, Chinese, Japanese, don't forget souvlaki and many more! The neighborhood is also surrounded by cute and fun bars on walking distance!

Dear guests, While the situation with Coronavirus is developing internationally, our company is taking some extra measures to protect your health during your stay in our properties. The personalized checkin is replaced by our self checkin procedures which we normally use out of hours. You will receive detailed instructions in an email, near the time of your arrival. You will use our electronic Keybox at the entrance of the building where you will find your keys and one pair of plastic gloves rolled up next to the keys. You may use the gloves to avoid touching directly door handles and other surfaces in areas used by other building residents.

Thermal controls: Regular thermal controls to all employees. In case of a temperature over 37c will be asked to go home. Medical Kit: A medical kit is available at every apartment which contains antiseptic liquid/wipes for surface/hands cleaning, gloves and a thermometer. Check-in: Check out time is advised to be at 11am and check in at 4pm in order to have additional time for the thorough cleaning of the rooms. Apartments: A welcome package with personal toiletries, antiseptic and of course delicacies will be available at every apartment! Every additional not basic equipment like magazines, laundry bags, bathrobes, decoration pillows will be removed. Physical Distancing: Employees will be reminded not to touch their faces, keep physical distancing at least 1.5 m away from guests and other employees. In our apartments you will also find printed all useful emergency numbers like embassies, hospitals, police etc. I will personally be available any time via phone, WhatsApp, Viber, skype or email.
