I will recommend a trip to Tanji Bird Reserve & the Tanji beach to witness fishermen coming back with their catch! Definitely a site to behold. This average size, self-catering, bungalow packs up all the goodies for a relaxing holiday. It is ideal for that honeymoon getaway, private weekend with love ones or family, or just a solo escapade in The Gambia. There is a router WiFi system available to all guests - all for FREE. There is a daytime and a night-time security personnel for your safety and security. Smoking is not allowed in the house but you are free to smoke anywhere in the yard, outside of the house. Newly added to the stock for season 2023/24 are: an Air Fryer, Netflixx subscription, Milk Foamer, Omelette Maker, multiple Solar Lights around the yard, Solar Security Camera, a Gazebo with a table and four chairs, two Sun Loungers, a Grassed Area, Toothpaste/ Brushes holder and a Shower Caddy. I am a hospitality graduate and currently working in retail management. I am married with three sons and two daughters and living in the UK but frequently visit The Gambia where I still have my extended family. I have lived in rented accommodations when I visited The Gambia, prior to the conception of Nabixx Residence. Some of the experiences I have been accorded lacked the basics in most cases. The Brufut Gardens is located in a very lush environment. The main landmarks are the Taf Estate, the Coral Beach hotel, the lovely sandy beaches and the Tanji fish market and the Tanji Bird Reserve. The property is located a short, FEW minutes walk to the local Brufut market. Here you can sample the various fresh fruits and vegetables being offered by the local vendors. There are a couple of local shops and a pharmacy close to the compound. There are various shops and mini markets, cafes, restaurants, bars and local food outlets situated a short drive away from the Nabixx Residence. The Brusubi round-about is 7 or so minutes drive away. Here you can flag a taxi or join the locals in many of the transports called "Gele Gele", to visit the airport area, Serre-kunda (the biggest town in The Gambia) with its famous market and shops, the Senegambia strip with its collection of hotels, boutiques, restaurants and night clubs. After all that adventure through the buzzling town and markets, that beach escapade and visits to those nature reserves, or whatever form you have spent the day doing - you can always come back to the tranquillity of the Nabixx House and its surrounding to recharge those batteries in readiness for another day.
