4 bedroom 2 bathroom - sleeps 8 Inside the house you will have access to free Wi-Fi, a smart TV in both the lounge and master bedroom. The first room on the ground floor is the cozy lounge at the front of the house. This room has 2 sofas, a leather poof and 2 beanbags. Pass the stairs to the middle of the house where you'll find the dining room with a large 6 seat dining table. To the rear the modern kitchen with a gas Range oven, microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and cookware you will need. Beyond the kitchen is the utility room with large fridge freezer and washing machine. The door off to the rear garden with a small table and chairs. Upstairs to the first floor is a twin bedroom, a king bedroom with TV and the impressive main bathroom. There's a large walk in shower, free standing bath, sink with vanity unit and toilet. To the second floor there's a twin bedroom and a king bedroom with en-suite shower room. Fully furnished and very well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. Toilet roll, basic toiletries, tea, coffee, sugar and kitchen essentials are also provided.

West Kirby is one of towns that is built around its beautiful location at the north west tip of the peninsula. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea, the town has plenty of activities for all ages. With incredible views out to the Welsh Hills across the Dee Estuary, you will spend the first few minutes simply taking it all in. This picturesque spot is home the perfect place to begin or finish your day in peace and tranquillity. The Marine Lake offers a gentle stroll but if you prefer a longer walk, carry on along the beach or Marine Promenade. Away from the waterfront, West Kirby is known for its quirky streets and lively town centre. The Crescent, a curved street filled with Tudor architecture, is home to high-street brands and local stores, whilst Banks Road is lined with local independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Further afield Liverpool is just 25 minutes drive or shorter by train. The historic Roman Chester walls are just 40 minutes drive and the North Wales border less than an hour away.
