Twenty Three – B is a modern, 1st floor apartment with 3 bedrooms that sleeps up to 6 guests, decorated and furnished to a very good 4* star standard. The apartment is generously sized with 3 well-appointed bedrooms, a superior quality modern bathroom, a separate en suite to the master bedroom and a high spec lounge/kitchen/diner. The property is an easy 2 minute’s walk from Lee on Solent promenade and The Solent with pleasure boats, ferries, container and cruise ships constantly sailing past. Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners’ Discretion

Neighbourhood information

All our properties are located within residential areas so we do have neighbours whom we need to consider. If you feel you could comfortably monitor noise levels (in particular out in the gardens and outside areas into the evenings) then we would love to have you stay and have had countless gatherings who have had a great time with us at our properties. If however you feel that it would not be possible to monitor noise levels, then we would have to recommend you consider something more rural, without neighbours. Hampshire is one of Britain’s most unspoiled counties, with its coastline boasting some great seaside towns and resorts including the maritime cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, two of England’s largest and most historic ports, plus a cute bundle of picturesque villages and some of Britain’s most enchanting castles and great houses.
