Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial &pound;15 electric heaters and electricity included, remainder by meter reading. Initial logs for wood burner included (October-March). Travel cot and highchair. Patio with garden furniture. Mooring for guests own boat, slipway and jetty, 300 yards away. Private parking. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no hen or stag parties.. Set in the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, in a quiet spot close to the shingle beach of a lochside village famed for its watersports, is this rustically furnished former smiddy. The authentically appealing bothy style living/dining area features stone walls and a woodburner, and a farmhouse style kitchen. Close to the owner&rsquo;s home a jetty, moorings and slipway for visitors&rsquo; own boat on Loch Earn are provided &ndash; watersports equipment is available for hire.
