This is a beautiful duplex apartment boasting two bedrooms with king size beds with the second bedroom spliting into two single beds. En-suite shower room to principal main bedroom, plus a family bathroom. A glorious triple aspect open plan sitting room with views along Bognor Regis seafront, and up over the South Downs. Personal roof terrace with luxury table and chairs to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun with a glass of wine or two. On arrival you will be greeted outside and shown to the apartment where you can ask any questions you like on where to eat, places to go and visit, best fish and chips. The best fish and chips are just down the road at Yannis. The Landing Place restaurant has now opened under the apartment on the ground floor. Lovely restaurant that couldn't be any closer. There is a lot to do in Bognor Regis with the pier right outside the front of The Royal. Crazy golf less than a minute away, and Bognor Regis town centre just a few minutes walk with the very old Picturedrome cinema, restaurants, cafes, arcades, pubs, and of course the great beach. Cycling has become very popular over the last year here with many cycle routes around. And a great place to walk along the beach or longer walks around the beautiful South Downs National Park.
The host is a very friendly guy that will meet and greet you at the aparment and show you around upon your arrival before handing you your key and at this time please feel free to ask him any questions. He is very knowledgeable especially on places to eat and visit.
There is plenty to do in and around Bognor Regis with the Cathedral City of Chichester just down the road where you can enjoy an evening at the theatre. You can even visit the glamorous and world famous Goodwood racecourse, The infamous Goodwood Motor Circuit for a bit of thrill seeking. Goodwood House itself or Arundel Castle along with Petworth House a little farther on. The South Downs National Park is a great place of beauty to explore on foot or by push bike.
