The Roxburgh seafront guest accommodation is family owned and ran by the Exley’s. A discount is offered for guest booking direct with ourselves and a further discount if you are staying with us for 3 days or more. . All our rooms are comfortable and spacious, and come complete with internet access, satellite TV, toiletries, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer and iron on request. A light or full cooked breakfast is available and special diets can be catered for (please inform us in advance). Spittal is perfect for a spot of fresh air, the promenade is flat, so great for cycling and scooting. Walkers and cyclists are welcome and we can store cycles safely during your stay. We took over the Roxburgh Guest Accommodation in April 2022 from the previous owners who had been here for over 20 years. As a family we have run self catering accommodation for a number of year both in Spittal and also in the town centre. We have recently started phase 1 of our refurbishment work which includes making all of our rooms ensuite.
